Shoot out leaves two people injured

MACON, Georgia (KBTV) – The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is looking to find out what led to a shooting incident Wednesday afternoon in Macon.

The shooting happened around 4:30pm on Williamson Road near Brad Walsh Parkway. According to reports, a 23-year-old male was driving a Chevy Tahoe on Williamson Road when suspects in a Dodge Durango fired shots at the Tahoe. The vehicle collided and went off the road. The driver, a 24-year-old male of the Durango was taken to a hospital and is doing fine. The 25-year-old passenger of the Durango was treated on scene. No one else was injured in the incident.
