MACON, Georgia (KBTV) – During the summer months, it can be a challenge to keep your body cool.
Medical experts say there are three heat related illnesses to be aware of. Those illnesses are heat cramps, heat exhaustion, and heat stroke. Heat exhaustion is the most common but they are all serious.
