(KBTV) – September is known for National Suicide Prevention Month.
During the month of September, millions of people around the world remember those who have lost their lives to suicide, families affected, and people who may be depressed and thinking of harming themselves. Medical professionals advise to react fast if you see someone showing signs.
KBTV’s Dr.Karlisha Booze talked with Kyle James, who is an addiction counselor at Piedmont Macon in this month’s Wellness Wednesday segment. James says Piedmont Macon has resources for those who may need some help.
