MACON, Georgia (KBTV) – Party goers can enjoy a few drinks with less worries being pulled over by police, thanks to Coroner Leon Jones.
Jones is offering FREE rides on Friday, September 6, 2024 starting at 6pm. Riders will have access to three walkers and one wheelchair. Barf bags will also be available. Jones aims to help reduce the number of accidents and fatalities. He encourages the community do not drink and drive.
In receipt of the ride, Jones is asking riders to purchase a homeless person a meal. To schedule a ride, call Coroner Jones at (478) 256-6716.
