Wellness Wednesday: Piedmont Macon offers lung screenings during November

(KBTV) – November is Lung Cancer Awareness month.

According to the Lung Cancer Research Foundation, lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer death worldwide. Piedmont Macon is doing their part in spreading awareness and offering lung screenings on November 20th. Patients must get a referral from their physician to get the screenings. Different insurances are accepted as well as cash payments if there is no coverage.
