MACON, Georgia (KBTV) – It’s that time of the year again. Coroner Leon Jones is offering free rides on New Year’s Eve.
Jones says he is encouraging others to not drink and drive. Riders will have access to walkers and a wheelchair. Barf bags will also be available. Coroner Jones has made this an annual thing to offer free rides by riders making a simple phone call to request a ride.

Jones says the vans are provided by FairHaven Funeral Home and gas is provided by Tucker’s Barbecue.
