MACON, Georgia (KBTV) – The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating what they believe is a fatal hit-and-run on Rocky Creek Road. Deputies responded around 11:30 a.m. on Thursday to the area in reference to a missing persons case and found 23-year-old Ronni Nykole Abbott on the side of the road. Abbott was pronounced dead at the scene by Deputy Coroner LuAnn Stone.
