MACON, Georgia (KBTV) – A second suspect has been arrested in connection to the shooting death of a Byron woman back in November of 2020.
Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Investigators along with members of the U.S. Marshals Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested 46-year-old Michael Lamont Wagner of Warner Robins without incident. Wagner is being held at the Bibb LEC without bond and charged with murder.
On February 11, 2021, 33-year-old Johnny Jaramond Jackson, of Macon, was arrested for the murder of Raiyawna Nibrea Moser-Powell.
Macon-Bibb 911 Center received a report on November 28, 2020 that a fatal shooting occurred and two females were driven to the Medical Center, Navicent Health emergency room by a private vehicle. One of the women died at the hospital. The decease was later identified as 24 year old Raiyawna Nibrea Moser-Powell of Byron. The incident remains under investigation.
