MILLEDGEVILLE, Georgia (KBTV) – Atrium Health Navicent Baldwin is now offering drive-thru COVID-19 testing by appointment.
Testing is available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, visit www.CovidSafeGA.org.
Atrium Health Navicent Baldwin CEO Todd Dixon says, ”While several COVID testing sites have been operating in our community throughout the pandemic, we’ve seen an increasing demand for additional COVID testing sites during the recent surge. Implementing a drive-thru COVID testing site at our facility will provide on-demand testing that may not be available elsewhere. We are happy to provide this service to our community and continue the fight against COVID-19.”
Atrium Health Navicent encourages everyone aged 12 and older to become vaccinated against COVID-19 to help reduce the risk of severe illness and stop the spread of the virus. The community is also urged to continue practicing COVID-safe behaviors including masking, social distancing and frequent hand washing.
The testing location can be accessed via Atrium Health Navicent Baldwin’s 821 North Cobb Street main entrance where signage will provide further instruction.
