MACON, Georgia (KBTV) – A woman is dead after she lost control of her vehicle and crashed.
The accident happened Saturday morning around 3:13am in the 4000 block of Pio Nono Avenue. It was reported that 65 year old Gloria Thomas was traveling southbound on Pio Nono Avenue and lost control of her vehicle, then went off of the roadway. The vehicle hit a guard rail and then went down an embankment. Thomas died on the scene. Gloria’s husband, 57-year-old Carl Thomas, was the passenger in the vehicle and had minor injuries.
This traffic collision is still under investigation.
