MACON, Georgia (KBTV) – A man and a woman are behind bars for a personal armed robbery that happened Thursday night in Macon.
The robbery happened around 10:30pm at Tom’s Food Mart located at 811 Pio Nono Avenue. Bibb deputies weren’t notified about the incident until Friday, January 7th around 10:34am. According to reports, a male victim pulled into the parking lot of the store when a female acquaintance immediately got into his vehicle. The female asked the victim for money when another male approached the driver’s door. The victim was struck by the female and then the male began to strike the victim with a handgun. The male and female took the victim’s cellphone and wallet before fleeing the area.
The female was identified as 20-year-old Ashley Nicole English Daley, of Warner Robins and the male was identified as 24-year-old Traevon Keshawn Robinson of Macon. They were both arrested and taken to the Bibb LEC. Robinson is currently being held without bond for the charges of Armed Robbery and Aggravated Battery. Daley is being held without bond for the charge of Armed Robbery. Daley also has a hold for another agency.
