MACON, Georgia (KBTV) – The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting that left a 3 year old in critical condition.
According to reports, the shooting happened around 10:00pm Friday on West Napier Avenue near Mumford Road. Bibb deputies say a 22 year old mother who was driving a Lexus, was traveling on West Napier Avenue when an unknown person fired multiple shots. A 3-year-old male passenger was struck once in the chest. He was taken to Atrium Health and is listed in critical but stable condition at this time. No one else was injured during the incident.
