MACON, Georgia (KBTV) – The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting that left a man in critical condition Saturday afternoon.
The shooting happened on First Street and Arch Street just before 4:30 p.m. A 16 year old male and a 53-year-old male got into an argument. During the argument, the 16 year old pulled a gun and shot the victim multiple times. The victim, of Macon, was transported to Atrium Health and is listed in critical but stable condition at this time.
Shortly after, the teen was taken in for questioning by investigators and charged with Aggravated Assaulted, Armed Robbery, and Criminal Attempt to Commit Murder. He was transported to Macon Regional Youth Development Center.
