MACON, Georgia (KBTV) – A 32 year old man died after a fatal accident in Macon Sunday evening.
The accident happened at 5:15 p.m. on Jeffersonville Road at Franklinton Road. According to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office, 32-year-old Ezekile Armo Akim Hoskins of Macon, was driving his motorcycle east on Jeffersonville Road at a high rate of speed, and a 71 year old man was traveling west on Jeffersonville Road in a Chevy Silverado when they collided. The Silverado was making a left turn onto Franklinton Road from Jeffersonville when Hoskins ran into the passenger side rear of the truck. Hoskins was taken to the Atrium Health Medical Center for treatment, but died.
No one else was injured during the incident and no charges have been filed.
