MACON, Georgia (KBTV) – An investigation is underway for a fatal shooting that happened in the parking lot of Academy Sports, located at 1689 Eisenhower Parkway Tuesday night. The shooting happened around 10:30pm.
UPDATE: Bibb investigators and members of the United States Marshals Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force (SERFTF) arrested 20-year-old Tajiri Antwaun Harris. He’s charged with three counts of aggravated assault and one count of murder. Harris is being held with no bond.
UPDATE: The teen has been identified as Tavias La’zhae Williams. His family has been notified.
According to reports, a 15 year old was found with a gunshot wound in the parking lot of the Southwest High School. The teen was taken to Atrium Health Navicent by ambulance where he later died of his injuries. No other details are available right now.
