Early morning shooting leaves Macon man dead

MACON, Georgia (KBTV) – A man is dead after being shot in Macon early Tuesday morning.

Bibb deputies responded to a person shot call in the 500 block of Mosley Avenue just after 4:00 a.m. When they arrived on scene, they found 28-year-old Walter Caryse Robinson with gunshot wounds. Robinson was taken to the Atrium Health Navicent Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased. No one else was injured during the incident.
