MACON, Georgia (KBTV) – The Little Richard House hosted its 4th Annual Little Richard Festival at Jefferson Long Park in Pleasant Hill on Saturday. Residents enjoyed live entertainment, tours at the Little Richard House, fun games for the kids and educational tools from community members. Organizers believe the annual event keeps Little Richard’s vision alive.
Two car clubs in Macon came together for a good cause. On Sunday, La Familia Ridaz and Elite Ridaz hosted a family fun day at Tattnall Square Park. The organizations had bounce houses, free food, and an Easter egg hunt for kids. Car club members say this is one of many events planned throughout the year to spread positivity.
