MACON, Georgia (KBTV) – An unidentified man was found shot to death in Macon early Monday morning.
UPDATE: Deceased identified as 16 year old Derrick Putmon.
According to Bibb deputies, the shooting happened in the 600 block of Williams Street, just after 02:00 a.m. When deputies arrived on scene they found a man unresponsive on the sidewalk. He was pronounced dead by Deputy Coroner Ronnie Miley. Investigators are gathering details to find out what led up to the shooting.
