MACON, Georgia (KBTV) – The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in identifying two persons of interest connected to an attempted armed robbery.
The robbery happened at the Burger King located at 3025 Pio Nono Avenue. The incident was reported to the Macon-Bibb E-911 Center just before 10 p.m. Monday.
According to investigators, two male suspects entered the restaurant with firearms, and demanded money from employees. When no money was obtained, the suspects ran away on foot toward Krispy Kreme. No injuries were reported.
