MACON, Georgia (KBTV) – The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a homicide that happened late Saturday night.
The incident happened at a house in the 1500 block of Berkshire Drive at 11:57pm. Deputies responded to reports of a person unresponsive in a vehicle in a driveway. Upon arrival, they found 32-year-old Lateisha Shunterria Stewart in the driver’s seat of a Hyundai Sonata with a gunshot wound in her upper body. Deputy Coroner Ronnie Miley pronounced her dead on the scene. No suspects or information about what led up to the shootings death is available at this time.
