MACON, Georgia (KBTV) The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fatal single car accident.
The accident happened Monday afternoon around 1:13p.m. at the intersection of Deer Run Dr and Beaver Oak Dr. Deputies say 76-year-old Joel Peed of Macon lost control of his vehicle and hit a tree. He died on the scene.
Deputies say Peed may have experienced a medical emergency which caused the wreck.
