MACON, Georgia (KBTV) – A man died a day later from his injuries after he was hit by a car.
According to reports, the accident was reported Friday night around 9:50pm on Anthony Road near Cedar Street. 54-year-old Joseph Lennos Wright Jr., of Macon, was fatally struck by a vehicle while attempting to cross Anthony Road near Cedar Street. Wright was taken to Atrium Health Navicent hospital by ambulance but later died from his injuries early the next morning.
There are currently no charges or arrests.
