MACON, Georgia (KBTV) – An elderly man is in critical condition after he was shot in his home Monday night.
UPDATE 12/29/21: Coroner Leon Jones says Mr. Taylor died at the hospital from his injuries.
The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call around 11:42pm that 70-year-old Peter F. Taylor Jr. had been shot at his home located at the 2800 block of Century Place. Paramedics arrived on scene and took Taylor to Atrium Health Navicent where he’s in critical condition.
