Armed suspect on the run after Cod Tail robbery in east Macon

MACON, Georgia (KBTV) – The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a robbery at the Cod Tail located at 1034 Gray Highway just before 10:00pm Saturday night.

Bibb deputies say the suspect entered the store through a back door with a gun and demanded money from an employee. After receiving an undisclosed amount of money, he left the scene. No one was injured.

The suspect is described as a black male, 5’7, weighing 130lbs, and last seen wearing a black hoodie, black ripped jeans, black shoes, and a blue surgical mask covering his face.
