MACON, Georgia (KBTV)- District 9 Commissioner Al Tillman has partnered with Central Georgia Technical College (CGTC) to hold a Senior Pampering Day. At 10:00 a.m. on Friday, April 22, ten “Queen-agers” will arrive at CGTC (3300 Macon Tech Drive) for pedicures. Students with the inclusive cosmetology program will be doing pedicures for the seniors.
We wanted to do something different for a group of seniors in town, to make them feel special and show them they’re appreciated,” says Commissioner Tillman. “We’re proud to partner with the students at the Cosmetology School at CGTC.”
Following pedicures, the seniors will then be taken to Mother’s Breakfast & BBQ (2146 PioNono Avenue). Partners who made this day possible include Commissioner Al Tillman, Walmart, Supporting People in Need (SPIN), and Central Georgia Technical College.
