MACON,GA(KBTV)-The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Unit (SIU) and the U.S. Marshals Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force made an arrest during a search warrant.
While serving the search warrant, deputies seized a Taurus .38 special revolver, 14 pounds of marijuana, materials used for packaging the marijuana, and approximately $28,000.00 in currency.
During the service of the search warrant, 22-year-old Jaquez Devontae Durham was arrested. Durham is being held at the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Law Enforcement Center, without bond, for the charges of Purchase/Possession / Manufacture/ Distribute or Sale of Marijuana and Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of or Attempt to Commit Certain Felonies.
Durham also had a bond surrender from an arrest that occurred on November 12, 2021.Durham was out on bond for the same charges when he was arrested on Wednesday morning May 5,2022.
