UPDATE: Teen dies following Macon’s bird city shooting

MACON, (Georgia) – Two teens are in the hospital following a shooting that happened Thursday afternoon.

UPDATE 2/24/23: macon Bibb Coroner Leon Jones says 19-year-old Keymarion Manor died at the hospital on Friday evening.

UPDATE: Bibb county investigators arrested 27-year-old Raymond Nottingham of Warner Robins and 18-year-old Jadarrious Markell Sears from Macon. Nottingham is currently being held, without bond, for the charges of (4) counts of Aggravated Assault, Possession of Schedule 1 Controlled Substance, Parole Violation, and traffic charges. Sears is currently being held, without bond for the charges of (4) counts of Aggravated Assault and Probation Violation-Misdemeanor. 18-year-old Jordon Collins and 19-year-old Keymarion Manor are recovering from their injuries. Collins is listed to be in stable condition. Manor is listed to be critical, but stable condition.

The shooting happened at the intersection of Wren Avenue and Heron Street. Witnesses say the two parties exchanged gunfire, injuring two teens and then left the scene. Atrium Health Navigation contacted the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office, informing them two black males were receiving medical treatment for their injuries. One eighteen-year-old male is in stable condition with non-life-threatening injuries. The second nineteen-year-old male is listed in critical condition.
