MACON, Georgia (KBTV) – A man robbed a Dollar General store in the Bloomfield neighborhood Tuesday afternoon.
Bibb deputies say it happened at 1:21pm at Dollar General located at 4996 Bloomfield Road. Witnesses say the suspect entered the store with a gun and demanded money. Once he received an undisclosed amount of cash from the register, he ran away.
The suspect is described as a slender black male. He is wearing a royal blue hoodie (hood up), a white surgical mask, he wears a wedding ring, dark gray or black jeans (skinny), and gray or black sneakers.Anyone with information in reference to this investigation Is urged to contact the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office at 478-751-7500 or Macon Regional Crime Stoppers at 1-877-68CRIME.
