MACON, Georgia (KBTV) – The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office needs help identifying a suspect who robbed a Macon hotel early Wednesday morning.
The robbery occurred at 4:43a.m., at the Red Roof Inn located at 2720 Riverside Dr. Bibb deputies say the masked suspect entered the Red Roof Inn lounge area with a gun and escorted an employee to the cash register, demanding money. After receiving some cash, the suspect escorted the employee back to where he made entry and ran away.
The suspect is a black male approximately 5’9″ and weighs around 150 to 165 pounds. He was last seen wearing a brown synthetic wig, black face covering, black hooded zip-up jacket with a blue logo of the Georgia State Panthers on the left breast portion of the coat, multiple gold chains, black pants and white sneakers.
