MACON, Georgia (KBTV)- A teen is dead after a single vehicle collision in Macon.
A passerby called 911 when they noticed a motorcyclist unresponsive just after 2:34pm on Robinson Road at Bond Street. Macon-Bibb Coroner Leon Jones pronounced the dirt bike driver, 18-year-old driver Zanthan Keon Hewitt of Macon dead on the scene.
The next of kin has been notified. The investigation is ongoing and additional information will be released as soon as it becomes available. Anyone with information about this fatal collision is asked to contact the Bibb Sheriff’s Office at (478)751-7500.
