MACON,Georgia (KBTV)-The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Investigators arrested man in connection to an Aggravated Assault.
The assault happened that in the 4900 block of Kathryn Drive. The incident was called into the Macon-Bibb 911 Center at around 1:51p.m. on Sunday.
It was reported that a husband and wife were assaulted in their home, during the early morning hours on Sunday. Both were transported to the Atrium Health Navicent for treatment. The male currently is listed to be in stable condition, the female is listed to be in critical, but stable condition.
The man was identified as 41-year-old Frederick Derrell Jackson as the suspect in this incident. Jackson was found on Pansy Avenue and taken to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Investigations Division to be interviewed. He was transported to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center. Jackson is currently being held, without bond, for (2) counts of Aggravated Assault. Additional charges are pending further investigation into this incident.
