MACON, Georgia (KBTV) – The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a man who robbed a local cell phone store in Macon Saturday evening.
The incident happened around 6:47pm at the Metro PCS, located at 3253 Mercer University Drive. According to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office, the suspect entered the store and attempted to purchase cell phones. After swiping his card several times he snatched two cell phones off of the counter and ran out of the store.
He was last seen running east on Mercer University Drive. The suspect was wearing a white cloth mask, black pants, white shoes, and a blue colored vest, with an “Amazon” logo. Under the vest he had on a light-colored hooded sweatshirt.
